As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I believe in the power of therapy to help people gain insight into themselves and their experiences while developing new ways of coping with life's challenges. I think that therapy should be available to everyone and anyone and am passionate about working with people from all cultures, genders, and sexual orientations and will always try to create a non-judgemental, welcome, and safe space for every client to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is the therapeutic relationship and try to foster this through empathy, respect, and trust while keeping a warm, casual, and non-judgemental environment throughout the session. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process and that you are the expert in your own life. I try to keep things casual and comfortable and will go in the direction that you feel is best for your goals. I believe in being your authentic self and try to do so with my clients in session so that you can also be yourself. I recognise that every single person is different, with different backgrounds, experiences, and personalities and therefore utilize an eclectic approach drawing from many evidence-based therapies, including person-centered, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused/emotionally focussed therapy (EFT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.

I have experience working with people who have ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, and relationship problems, including couples counselling.
